Review: test_snapshots.py test_flockExclusive()
Hi, can someone have a look at test_snapshots.py test_flockExclusive(). What happens there? What is tested? I have a slight idea what an flock is but I am not sure. And I don't understand in the context of BIT. But I need to understand because the creation of a `config.Config` instance in the called method "flockSecondInstance()" is not allowed. Kind Christian
