Error '"com.ubuntu.DeviceDriver.PermissionDeniedByPolicy: net.launchpad.backintime.UdevRuleSave"
Hi Bit maintainers, In Backintime GUI, when I click on the folder icon under 'Where to save snapshots' in the 'General' of Main Profile[3], an error message pop ups in small window: com.ubuntu.DeviceDriver.PermissionDeniedByPolicy: net.launchpad.backintime.UdevRuleSave I saw the error was already reported by a user on the repository[1]. It would also be helpful to post this log output here (for other users with the same problem to find this issue and because I am curious ;-)

Hello Roman, thank you for reporting that. I don't have a solution to your problem. I just want to point out that the version of BIT you are using is more than 5 years old which indicates that your Trisquel is not up to date. It is very hard for maintainers to track down errors/bugs for versions of that age. If you see a way please upgrade your BIT/Trisquel. Best Christian
