Hello folks, I often create empty doc strings like that. def foobar(): """ """ pass Somebody may wonder why I do it. It is an attitude of mine back from the days where I used another auto-documentation tool. I think it was Doxygen. Maybe I missed a config option of Doxygen but I think it only document functions and methods when they have docstrings. When they don't they are ignored and not listed in the generated HTML. But I think there is no need for this in the BIT project because it uses Sphinx. I will do my best to lay down that attitude and fill all doc strings with valid content. Kind Christian
