It's a sporadic networking issue. The compilation failed on cloning the Git repository:
fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/python/cpython.git/': Could not resolve host: github.com
It's unrelated to bpo-34301.
When you mention a bpo, please copy the line from the buildbot which makes you think that it's this bpo.
