The reason for this new failure, and for bolen-dmg-3.6 and bolen-dmg-3.x failures, is that the docs build part of the installer build now requires a "python3" to be available for the new "blurb" tool which now constructs the NEWS file used to make the changelog html page.
David, it would be great if you can install a current python3.6 on the buildbot machine and add a link to it as /usr/bin/python3.

Should be good to go. A manual test running the installer on the 3.6 branch finished successfully.
