Can you check your buildbot.tac for which hostname you're connecting
to? It should be buildbot-api.python.org; if it's
buildbot.python.org, it may experience intermittent connection
closures instigated by the load-balancer. You can also try setting a
shorter keepalive (I use 60 on at least some of mine).
