[Buildbot-status]Can we make the "buildbot went away" emails go away?

They really don't add anything other than annoyance IMHO. Life was simpler without them!

They are nice to get (at least I think so, which is why I added them :)) when we're not restarting the master all the time. I've pinged this buildbot issue [1] to see if it will get any attention, but if it doesn't and we do keep doing restarts, we should probably disable notifying this list.
