Moving to Discourse?
Apparently the Python-Dev mailing list is now being phased out and replaced by Discourse.
Same thing going to happen to CAPI-SIG?

There's nothing preventing you from starting a discussion on Discourse. So, the mailing list might become abandoned in practice. But it'll stay active stay until the moderators decide it's no longer worth their time (and don't find anyone to replace them).
As a co-owner of the list, I'm in favor of moving discussions to https://discuss.python.org/ since most of the traffic that I get (as a moderator) are requests to moderate obvious spams.
