Moving to Discourse?
Apparently the Python-Dev mailing list is now being phased out and replaced by Discourse.
Same thing going to happen to CAPI-SIG?

As a co-owner of the list, I'm in favor of moving discussions to https://discuss.python.org/ since most of the traffic that I get (as a moderator) are requests to moderate obvious spams.
