I've sent you an invite to the organization. I think once you accept
it that you _might_ be able to transfer the repository without issues
since you own it. I haven't done this in so long that I can't remember
what the dance looks like exactly anymore, but we can figure it out.

Dear PyCQA members,
I am formally requesting that isort be added to PyCQA. I've contemplated the steps needed to help ensure the vitality of the isort project over the long term during the last few years. And, I feel, moving under the umbrella of PyCQA would be a significant step in the right direction, both for isort and the broader community.
