preparing 0.19.2 for this weekend
Hi, I've started preparing a bug-fix release on the 0.19.x branch. If you have any further changes that should go in, please speak up now. I'd like to get it out by this Sunday at the latest (before PyCon-DE starts on Monday). Stefan

Hmm, yes, that code looks broken. Especially for the exception handling, there's even more to fix there.
Not sure it qualifies, but to me it looks rather safe to be included and Travis didn't complain about anything.
