Package available at one devpi deployment, but not on the other
Hi there, I have two installations of devpi-server: one on my laptop, and the other on a remote server. When I point PIP_INDEX_URL to my local installation I can grab all the latest packages (i.e. Fabric==1.8.2). If I point PIP_INDEX_URL to my remote central server (supposed to be my oficial distribution server), some package version are not available. Is it possible I am doing anything wrong ?

Are only the latest versions not available? How long has the remote sever been running? We have seen a similar issue on our side. Restarting the server fixed it. I thought this was an isolated "glitch" on our side. If you can confirm that restarting the server fixes the problem, then I think there is a bug. Cheers/Laurent

I couldn't verify that the only missing versions were the latest (actually I forgot to, sorry), but restarting the server seem to have solved the problem. It took a few seconds though. On Friday, February 28, 2014 9:42:33 PM UTC-3, Laurent Brack wrote:

BTW, the server was running for two weeks without rebooting. On Saturday, March 1, 2014 12:31:33 AM UTC-3, Cristiano Cortezia wrote:
