VAE on tractography

Dear all, I am working on some generative model for tractography (either GAN or VAE).Originally I thought to encode from each voxel the tensor, then I have been readingthe Yixue Fenga and Bramsh Q. Chandio paper with VAE generting synthetic tractography. e.g. https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2023.02.24.529954v3.full.pdf I also tried to decompose the FINTA, GESTA... though their library has become quite complex to study. What is still unclear to me. Is what kind of data you pass in the first layer (not what you have in the latent space). Independently whether it is a tract or a bundle, it seems you pass entire streamline (I assume as a series of x,y,z points) not individual tensors from individual voxels. Am I right? Can someone clarify this aspect? Thanks Best,Alex

Question about DIPY workshop Silver/Gold registration

Hello, I really would love to register for the coming workshop to learn about DIPY and dMRI processing in general, but with Silver or Gold registration, I can only view the lectures real-time?? Since I live in France, and have a young family, I really can’t attend the sessions during the evening time (~5pm to 9pm Paris time (11am to 3pm EST), in which case I would have hard time justifying the expense… It does not seem fair that those living in the wrong time zone would need to pay Platinum fee to be able to access the lecture material during the regular work hours. Would it be in any way possible to have the access to the lecture until, let’s say, 24 hours to allow attendees in different time zone to at least access the workshop materials in their regular work hours? Hi, the DIPY workshop looks great. I have a few questions before registration: 1. I'm a radiologist and also a PhD student. I'm familiar with MRI physics, but can be better at coding. Is the workshop also good for those with limited coding capabilities? 2. I am in a different time zone. Using the atlas HCP1065 in DIPY
