DIPY Workshop 2023 - What to do if you live in a different timezone than PDT

Dear all, We hope you are as excited as we are about the upcoming online DIPY workshop starting this Monday April 24 at 9 am PDT (LA time) ! As you make your plans to attend this educational event, we wanted to provide you with important information about the registration options available to ensure you get the most out of the workshop. To optimize your experience and accommodate different time zones, we highly recommend selecting the Platinum registration option. This will grant you full access to the workshop's recordings, allowing you to view them at your convenience. For example, if you are attending the DIPY workshop from Europe or Asia. While you will still be able to watch the early morning talks (PDT) live on the same day (late evening for you), choosing the Platinum option will enable you to watch the later afternoon (PDT) talks in the mornings of the subsequent days. For example, watch the late Monday talks on Tuesday morning. This is an excellent opportunity to catch up on any missed sessions and stay informed on the latest developments in the field. Additionally, Platinum registration comes with access to additional support and 1-to-1 meetings long after the workshop is completed. This will facilitate meaningful discussions and help you get the most out of the workshop. However, since of the time zone difference, I won't be able to take part in the guided practical sessions and study groups. Would you recommend me to join the workshop? Respected Sir/Madam I recently completed my bachelor in medical imaging technology. I am currently working on diffusion MRI open source data along with my lecturer. I have deep interest in diffusion imaging and want to pursue my further study in diffusion MRI. I want to learn more on diffusion imaging through this workshop but I cannot afford the registration fee.As I mentioned above I am a fresh graduate and have no job in hand.It would be grateful if you could waive my registration fee and make part of this workshop. Questions about DIPY Workshop 2023

Dear DIPY Team, I am interested in attending the upcoming online DIPY workshop! I have a few questions about the conference-- 1) I am a graduate student and have a few scheduling conflicts with the timing of my courses and the DIPY workshops. Will recordings be made available after the conference? 2) What time zone is the schedule for? 3) If I choose the silver package, would I get to choose which 3 days of the conference to attend, or would this automatically be the first 3 days of the conference? Hello! My name is Raquel and I am a PhD student from Madrid (Spain). I am writing to you because I am really interested in assisting to the DIPY online workshop of this year, and I have some questions about the payment method of the registration fee that I was hoping you could provide some insight on. Our Institution (Spanish National Research Council) does not reimbure the credit card payments for conferences or workshops, so I would need an invoice to pay the registration fee by bank transfer. Do you know if this is possible? If so, could you please send me the details on how to do it this way or any template you have for this situation? Should I register indicating that I will pay later in the payment method section before making the arrangements? Thank you very much in advance and I look forward to hearing from you.
