We're working on it, but it's still very much work-in-progress. For the time being, we routinely use qsiprep for dMRI preprocessing: https://qsiprep.readthedocs.io/en/latest/

or simply given the BIDS format, I just do fMRIprep and then my own preprocessing and connectome construction (plus whatever I do with my effective connectivity)?
