Hello, I have successfully been able to run the code given for the IVIM model on the dipy page: https://dipy.org/documentation/1.1.0./examples_built/reconst_ivim/ However, my question is regarding the outputs- perfusion, diffusion maps etc. I don't want them being outputed as '.png' files. Instead, I need them to give me actual maps like .nii files. Please advise me on this and let me know if there's an alternative way of launching this model such that it results in analysis-worthy maps. Looking forward to your response. Thank you.
