The ideal start date for the position is January 15, 2024 (negotiable). The Postdoc will join a dynamic and interdisciplinary team that includes engineering, and cognitive scientists. The postdocs will work with Prof. Eleftherios Garyfallidis on various areas of research, including medical imaging, machine learning and/or scientific visualization. *Minimum Qualifications:* A PhD in one of the following or another related area is required: engineering, computer science, statistics, physics, mathematics, or neuroscience. The position requires solid programming skills necessary to handle big data and develop large scale simulations. The applicants should showcase their own journal/conference publications and/or other innovations. *Preferred Qualifications:* Knowledge of Python and C, and/or shading languages is a plus. Previous experience in open-source development is not required. However, coursework in topics of applied mathematics is necessary. Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience, plus generous benefits.
