a) *Image registration* in *DIPY* (affine and nonrigid) including *eddy current *and *motion* correction by DIPY's *Serge Koudoro!*.

b) Removing *SoS noise* with *CNNs* by Prof. *Hu Cheng!*

c) *Brain extraction* using *V-Nets* and *Conditional Random Fields* by *Jong Sung Park!*

d) *Tissue classification* (using T1 or dMRI data) by Dr. *Julio Villalon* and *Prof. Cheng!*
