Getting Mean signal diffusion kurtosis imaging (MSDKI) using command line interface
How to I get MSDKI using bash environment? I couldn't find it in dipy_fit_dki command.
Hi Barış, We do not have MSDKI in the bash environment. It is available only as a python script. Please, create a feature request on our github: https://github.com/dipy/dipy/issues/new If you are comfortable with coding, you can also create this command line locally or add it to DIPY. you just need to follow this tutorial: https://dipy.org/documentation/1.5.0/examples_built/workflow_creation/#examp...
