Dear DiPY community, I would like to find out if anyone knows of any of datasets of peripheral nerve DTI, e.g. brachial plexus and nerves in human arm, available publicly? I would like to start a project, with undergrad researchers & open-source software such as DiPY, combining DTI reconstruction, anatomy transfer to fit bones and muscles, as well as muscle activation simulation, for neuroprosthetics application. Please let me know if anyone is aware of such publicly aware image data.
