Hi everyone, We just released the first version of the pyAFQ software: https://yeatmanlab.github.io/pyAFQ/. This is a Python/DIPY-based reimplementation of the tractometry pipeline that Jason Yeatman and colleagues created and described in their 2012 paper (https://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0049790). The goal of the project is to ultimately push the algorithms and implementations upstream into DIPY proper, as appropriate, but for now, you can start using it from the released version via a `pip install pyAFQ`.
