CSD convergence warning

Dear DIPY fans, when fitting a Constrained Spherical Deconvolution to ADNI data, I get this warning. Although the tractograms look reasonable, I would like to be sure this warning is not introducing weird artifacts. I have increased the number of iterations to 100 but the warning stills pops up. I cop the warning below: csdeconv.py:700:UserWarning: maximum number of iterations exceeded - failed to converge warnings.warn(msg) Thanks! Joan

Hi Joan, I believe this is coming from CSD trying to deconvolve each voxel, and finding one or more voxels where the signal is challenging. Given the number of voxels in a typical brain mask, this is neither surprising nor particularly worrisome on its own. (I suppose a count of the problem voxels could be useful...)
