Hi, I have extracted fibers between two ROIs using Python and I have a 3D tensor representing the fiber bundles. Now I need to visualize those fibers with the corresponding regions. One idea is to generate the trk files based on the 3D tensor. However, I have no idea how to do that. Can anyone tell me how I can achieve this using Dipy? Sincerely, Zhiyuan
