I assumed that everything I need would be in the wheels I have built. The manylinux docker needs to be able to build pythons anyhow so I guess the tools are good enough for that.
Sure - the building I was think of was for any dependencies where you didn't have a built wheel. You'll likely be able to get by with the tools on the Manylinux docker image, but you might have to pay attention to stuff like which version of cmake you have and so on. Cheers, Matthew
