This release contains the following significant changes:

* Wheel signature generation and verification commands have been removed

* The wheel installation features have been removed

* The documentation has been rewritten to conform to the PyPA guidelines

* The ability to add multiple license files to the wheel has been added (the most common ones are included by default)

There were also a few bug fixes as well.
