[Distutils] distutils and xmingw

Hello,

Is it possible to automate building of extensions using xmingw when you do a bdist_wininst?

if not, what is the recommended way to cross-compile extension modules on a linux box, targeting windoze?

i am particularly interested in f2py extension modules.

any help is greatly appreciated.
