When you say "not working", you'll need to provide more details. But I
suspect what you're getting is network errors, because PyPI no longer
supports TLSv1 connections, and Python 2.7 for Windows only gained
TLSv2 support in a later release of 2.7 than the one you have. So you
may have problems if you can't upgrade your Python 2.7, at least to a
newer point release. You can download packages manually and install
from local copies, of course, but that's not ideal.
