While we suffer from a fair bit of tracker sprawl which makes it hard to work out where to report problems, https://github.com/pypa/interoperability-peps/issues is still the best option for possible bugs in the packaging specs themselves.

Any subsequent PRs would go to the main PEPs repo at https://github.com/python/peps (we started the interoperability PEPs repo back when the main PEPs repo was on hg.python.org, and hence didn't offer a native PR workflow of its own)
