[Distutils] Still no easy way to secure upload packages to PyPI

CC: catalog-sig `setup.py register` still fails when I specify secure https://pypi.python.org/pypi URL http://bugs.python.org/issue13615 It's also a very bad situation that PyPI encourages to use heavy monkey-patching libraries like http://pypi.python.org/pypi/pypissh I definitely don't want to have more problems with distutils with this monkeypatching, neither seeing monkeypatching as an official practice. -- anatoly t.
