Now you have a source distribution built.
running upload Submitting dist/Matalg-0.1.0.tar.gz to http://pypi.python.org/pypi Upload failed (401): Unauthorized
But you cannot upload it because it was not registered.
In short, the order is important:
1. build a source distribution 2. register 3. upload
So the command should be (notice the order):
python setup.py sdist register upload
