For me a FAQ is a list of questions. We add a new question everytime someone
ask it and it doesn't exists.

The point is that the "FA" in "FAQ" stand for *frequently
asked*.

One can debate how frequent is necessary to be placed in
this category, but a question that has only been asked once
can hardly be called "frequent" by any measure.

However the point of using established terminology is that everyone (or some worthwhile subset thereof) immediately knows what to expect.

(Yes, this is pedantic -- lists of answers to questions are
always useful regardless of frequency. But calling them
all FAQs is technically a misnomer.)
