So, what's the long story? Buildout grows two new contributors and suddenly we don't care about quality and/or Windows support anymore?

So to move this on, winbot now builds zc.buildout - master with python 2.6, 2.7 32 and 64 bit - "1.6.x" with python 2.5 32 bit, 2.6, 2.7 32 and 64 bit
