This sentence seems misleading to me. "We're all consenting adults here" and whatnot; it's not really possible for an installer to "make sure it's the only program that can remove a distribution it has previously installed." At best it is providing strong guidance. Perhaps replace "make sure it's the only program that can remove" with "strongly suggest that no other program remove"?
