I just read the latest inst.pdf (well written BTW), and I have a few questions:

1) How do I list what 3rd-party Python modules have been installed in a Python directory via distutils (and their versions)?

2) How do I remove a particular installed module (e.g. Numeric-16.0), say for example, so I can upgrade to the next version without version conflicts?

Is there a file where this information is stored on an install?
