I'm guessing its something in Python 2.5's inspect but not 2.4.
Fixed. (Please don't send setuptools bug reports to me in private email; the distutils-sig is where they go, to minimize duplicates, have a public record, and at least entertain the possibility that someone else might know of a fix, workaround, or be able to contribute a patch.)
