Okay I have tried to modify the tail a little... I hope that it is now a little less tick-like...
My other idea was a Python-in-a-box...but I prefered this...

Yes, it is better imo.
Question to the distutils developers:
Should this be used as the default icon for installers created by bdist_wininst?
Or has this to wait until there's a way to change the icon when building the installer?
