Error: Couldn't install when corrupt/incomplete .tar.gz download
I recently encountered setuptools errors for buildouts depending a specific Zope package. I later discovered that the package's .tar.gz had been only partially downloaded due a poor internet connection. Could setuptools give a more helpful error on this condition? Thanks.
