Thanks for your kind attention and support. he agreed to make me and @Dumeng (alphanow(a)gmail.com) the new translation coordinators for Chinese (Simplified). He also tried to email this list directly to check if there was anything else left in the procedure, but his emails bounced back. Anyway, now we have granted access to the GitHub repository and transifex projects, and we hope to push the completeness of the translation further.
