Thanks for the heads up! This only occured during a few hours and it is my fault:
I though it was a good idea to first build english HTML pages of the 3 new release (3.8.11, 3.7.11 and 3.6.14) as it's fast and then build the rest (PDF and translations, it's very slow).
So during a few hours the HTML was build but the PDF still not available, sorry for that :D
Links are good now (builds for all languages and the 3 new releases are done).
