[docs] [issue18951] In unittest.TestCase.assertRegex change "re" and "regex" to "r"

Ezio Melotti added the comment: Fixed, thanks for the report and the patch! I also updated the table entry for assertRaisesRegex and assertWarnsRegex. I avoid using "regex" instead of "re" or "r" to keep it short and avoid confusion with the re/regex modules.
