You can download them from our FTP server: https://www.python.org/ftp/python/doc/3.5.10/

I considered straightening this out on the docs server, but it is a terrible mess (e.g., 3.5.6 archives are also AWOL), and would take a lot of time to fix.

Considering these are historical releases I'll leave them as-is. As Bob Ross (intended to) say: there are no mistakes, just happy little 404s.
