[docs] Unable to remove or repair Python 2.7.10 (64-bit) for windows 8.1

Hi, For some reason Python has stopped working in my computer. I recently installed numpy-1.9.2+unoptimized-cp27-none-win_amd64.whl scipy-0.16.0-cp27-none-win_amd64.whl That's the only update I made....A week ago with this install it was working fine but for some reason now it gives me an error saying "This app can't run on your PC. To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher". When i try to repair or remove it gives me following message. "There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. a program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor." Please let me know how can I run python successfully. Regards, Neha Shrestha
