[docs] [issue10225] Fix doctest runable examples in python manual

Alexander Belopolsky <belopolsky@users.sourceforge.net> added the comment: I am attaching a new patch which fixes all but two doctest examples. I suspect that the remaining failures are due to a bug in sphinx.
