[docs] [issue5088] optparse: inconsistent default value for append actions

Eli Bendersky <eliben@gmail.com> added the comment: I fuzzily recall there was somewhere a decision to use the American spelling of some words, like s/behaviour/behavior/ appearing in this patch.
