[docs] [issue9739] Output of help(...) is wider than 80 characters

Case Van Horsen <casevh@gmail.com> added the comment: I edited the doc string for math.modf since an indent of 8 spaces is used for the doc string with help(math). An indent of 4 spaces is used with help(math.modf).
