[docs] Re: 2.7 installs for all users but 3.8 doesn't

When trying to install software for all users, and using VS Code, it only worked on 2.7 but not 3.8.

Looks like you're speaking about this part of the documentation https://docs.python.org/3.8/using/windows.html#installation-steps which state that if you just click on "Install now": - The `py` launcher will be installed for all users - Python will only be installed for the current user only Is this correct? Is this what happened on your installation? And if I understood correcly, it's the source of your issues? --  Julien Palard https://mdk.fr
