Hi,
The documentation is for Python version 3.3 which is no longer supported and not recommended for use. The noindex was added so that entries from such versions don't show up in search results, so that search engines won't return documentation and articles from outdated documentation.
Hope this helps.
Hello,
My name is Platon Shchukin. I'm from the Yandex search engine support.
We noticed that our search robot can't index some pages on your site. For example:
< https://docs.python.org/3.3/library/stdtypes.html>Indexing is prohibited by the Disallow directive in the robots.txt file. Because of this, not all useful site pages are shown in the search results.
Please let us know the reason for such a ban. If the reason is due to the load on the site from the robot, please specify how much it is better to lower it. If possible, please send us the logs of the servers where the load is visible, with your comments.
If we should contact another person for these questions, could you please provide us with their email address or forward this email to the relevant department? This would help us a lot.
