As discussed in python-ideas, it would be good to have a recipe on how to configure the logging stack to be able to log ``ERROR`` and above to stderr and ``INFO`` and below to stdout.
It was proposed to add it into the cookbook rather than on the standard library. An alternative proposal was a "ConsoleHandler" that would do this by default. (https://github.com/mariocj89/cpython/commit/501cfcd0f4cad1e04d87b89784988c52...)
