Hi! I was reading the curses HOWTO <https://docs.python.org/3/howto/curses.html> and I realized that one of the links in the "for more information" section is set by the owner to block my country, Argentina (and who knows how many other countries). See attachment I don't think python should be redirecting traffic to a site that imposes arbitrary bans on IPs from an entire nation, for no good reason. Yours truly, Grob Grobmann
