This is an old, incomplete and probably obsolete list that I would occasionally send out to people who asked.​ Also Rami Chowdhury et al had a Hackpad / Etherpad that listed more resources. Formerly at https://pythondc.hackpad.com/ but I don't know if it made the leap to Dropbox Paper or was archived anywhere, or just disappeared into the aether.
