</a><br><br>Very briefly it is a proposal for a very basic IDE supporting a semi-interactive tutorials (I believe a couple of people on this list saw my original proposal)<br><br>It would be great if anybody interested could have a look over it and give me feedback - and if anybody would like to mentor it (or something similar) please ccould they get back to me
